Jeffkas Jakogudi was born Geoffrey Ochieng Juma in Kogudi village, Rachuonyo south sub county, Homabay county Kenya. At his early years, he schooled at Nyafare and Otula primary schools then later on joined Nyandiwa High school in Oyugis town and proceeded to Chuka University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications information and Media. He then joined media as a radio presenter, Faulu Microfinance Bank as a public relations officer.
